Our edge grain cutting boards are made from closed cell, non-toxic hardwoods including black walnut, bloodwood, hard maple, and cherry. The medium sized boards are approximately 16 inches long x 10 inches wide x 3/4 inches thick. Our cutting boards are finished with NSF food safe mineral oil and pure bees wax. Edges are chamfered for easy pickup and modern look. All boards come with care instructions and a tin of our board treatment made from NSF certified mineral oil and pure bee's wax to keep them looking and functioning their best.
